I think we need a bit of stable-ity more than anything else right now.

He was shite at QPR, Swansea and Leicester.

Had spells in Hungary and then in Israel which we know is slightly tougher than County League div 2.

If we want the same dull boring negative football we had under Oscar then this guy is the answer.

He helped continue Swansea's 'passing' style football. Hes not a negative style manager IMO, though I dont want him as manager!

£323k is hardly prohibitive if they were to decide that he's the right man.
