Blimey, when did all this happen?! Disappointed with that, should it happen. There are goalkeepers in the Premier League nowhere near as good as Paul Robinson.

Was about a week and a half ago. Robinson was absolute class last season and would walk into most prem teams. I'm suprised southampton or any of the promoted sides havn't gone for him to be fair

I was specifically thinking of Southampton actually, Kelvin Davis is dire. Ironically, Tottenham will be needing a new goalkeeper in the near future too. Brad Friedel can't keep going on for ever. Presumably.

Yehh they need a keeper. Davis is ok (nothing on kuszczak!) but not for the prem, robinson would be ideal for them. Cant see spurs going bacl for him and i dont think he'd go back. Wouldnt suprise me to see Spurs sign someone like Lloris (the french keeper)

Hugo Lloris won the Premier League playing for my Tottenham team. He's an absolute gentleman, and a future Tottenham legend. If they sign him in real life, it will be even creepier than when Micky Adams signed Jason Jarrett (and gave him number 8!) a month or so after I had done exactly that on FM. Call me a sad bastard, but I do love that game.

From what I can remember, Paxton Dazo and a few other Spurs fans still absolutely love him. Suprised Spurs don't make a move, as others have said, Friedel will probably call it a day at the end of this season.

Gotta love football manager! Yeah friedels getting on but he never fails to amaze me, the guys in his 40s and still looks as fit as any gk in the prem! Lloris wouldnt really suprise me and may cost a lot but is worth it. Personally right now for spurs i'd seriously look at Kasper Schmeichel of leicester. Easily the best in the championship and still developing tremendously. Would only cost around 2.5million maximum and i'm a BIG fan! (perhaps as we share similar good looks haha)
