Sun Sports writer, passed away suddenly on holiday aged 50.

Wrote some very good pieces about the Albion in the dark days and beyond, regardless of his employers, he will be sadly missed.

RIP.

That’s incredibly sad, 50 is far too young.

Despite being an ardent Millwall fan, he used to write a piece in our programme for a couple of seasons and knew his lower league stuff.

He also covered the England youth teams abroad and seemed to be an incredibly nice bloke.

That’s sad news. He was a very decent journalist and covered quite a few of our faces in the lower leagues

That's really sad.

He was a regular contributor to talkSport back when I used to listen to it and was very good. He really knew his lower league and youth football. Seemed a nice guy too.
