Parking, pubs etc on Friday

Is it true that we will now be able to park in the streets around the ground? Which roads are the best ones to look out for a space on? And if my dad arrives about two will he be best just getting the park and ride?

Is the sportsman ok? Dont want to be queueing for an hour for a beer

I always park in Carden Avenue, hard to explain where it is - look it up on google maps. Anywhere around that area, and Graham Avenue etc seems to be fair game. Ill be parking there after 2pm so your old man should be fine. Park and Ride works well though if its easier.

Edit: Only a 5/10 minute walk from Carden Avenue by the way

Try Hamsptead Road and the Station pub. Free parking, friendly pub where you can get served proper beer in less than half an hour and a 15 minute walk to the ground
