Just to say Hello, and "bloody well done!" to whoever was in the stripes at mile 20 of the Paris marathon on Sunday - not least in putting up with running with a P*lace fan at the time!

I only saw one football shirt during the whole run - and it was your seagulls one. Nice work fella!

I ran the Paris Half in March in the stripes - but resisted the urge for the full - am slightly regretting it now, although made up for by a pb 3:44. How did you get on?

Any Albion shirts to look out for in London next weekend?

i was there too, not in the stripes i must admit.....but i did see a crystal palace runner after about 20 miles!

nice day out, took it v easy myself cos i wasn't best prepared so nowhere near my pb of 3.30...

next stop amsterdam!

Congratulations!

thought it was an excellent day - Chariots of Fire on the Champs Elysees was particularly spine-tingling. Tried to run this morning though - legs sore as hell :)

When's amsterdam? good luck with the training!

amsterdam is in october. cheaps as chips to get there by easyjet (£40 each inc all taxes from gatwick!).

best bit for me was a quick glass of red wine at 40k! very french!
