If calling someone a f-ing black/Jewish/crippled/gay chunt would cause the Police to investigate this incident then why, when age is also a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 (as race, religion, disability and sexual orientation are, amongst other things) is using someone's age not also a breach of this legislation (and an offence)?
