Grade A Canadian maple syrup. Or should that be grade eh? (the locals would get it) Blueberries, banana and coconut yogurt. I make mine out of oats and are vegan ('cos milk gives me the shits)

Prefer mine more savoury. Just salt, pepper and some Bovril or poached egg and baked beans if I can be arsed to cook. Weird, I know.

Lovely restaurant in Cobham that does an “American stack”. 6 breakfast pancakes loaded in layers with eggs and bacon and pissing in maple syrup. How I’m not 18 stone with breathing difficulties continues to confound modern medical science.
