Anyone remember that restaurant at the entrance to the Lanes called My old Dutch [circa early 80's]?
Served over 100 varieties of pancake on plates the size of dustbin lids ....

I've only ever had the bog standard pancake with either lemon and sugar or maple syrup on top. On the radio this morning they were talking about Dutch pancakes which have bacon, mushrooms and a variety of cheese. That sounded great to me so will see if I can find a recipe.

Just google dutch pancake recipes and some will be shown.

Lol ! I'm ashamed to say I don't know how to make a pancake but I can follow recipes. To be honest I'd probably just get the wife to do it but I take your point.
