Can I just ask: do any of you ever eat pancakes on any other day of the year? I'm not counting ones with crispy duck, hoisin sauce & spring onion in.

I had banana pancakes (pretty much) everyday for breakfast for four months. That was 15 years ago and I can't remember having one since.
