yeah brighton & hove council said the same about the Soldstone until "the club" asked for that to be removed so "the club" could sell the site to "fund a new ground". The soldstone was sold for £7 Million hat paid a few debts and would have ket the club afloat a couple of years. Albion were then Gillingham and the Soldstone was sold for £30 Million plus a year later by the new owners who funnily enough were a company associated by the chairman that owned the club and who asked for the covenant to be removed. Palace my friend are up shit creek, but keep that head in the sand

Get with the times, that was over a decade ago. I know all about the Goldstone debable seeming as I live near to it. It was a disgrace what happened but has it happened since? Rotherham are the only near comparison.

We'll be fine as long as the takeover goes through. If not, then I fully admit I'm worried.

Sounds like you're an authority on OUR ground situation.
I tip my hat to you superior knowledge.....I don't really.
Who gives a f*** what you think?

blind faith mate did not save the albion. War with the then directors, then Dick Knight and Tony Bloom did.Palace fans need to find a back bone. Read Build a Bonfire my little Nigel and you will know what I mean

Ive said it in previous posts that Palace will escape relegation this season.
I more than most would love to see them go down but they have too good a squad for that to happen. In an ideal world we will build a squad over the summer and mount a serious challenge leading up to Falmer.
I want to play them again but in a great stadium where they can come in numbers and not in a shithole where theve got there by way of a points deduction.

Palace will stay up this season, no bother at all. Shame really, I was looking forward to playing them next season. They would love league 1, all their favourite teams are in it too.....never mind.

Peterborough, Wednesday and Plymuff are down.

I'd honestly wouldn't care if we went down if we were financially safe, but we're not and relegation would be a disaster.

The Championship is pretty dull considering all our rivals aren't upto scratch

I don't think Palace will go down either. However, without investment they will struggle next season. I would say Scunny or Wendy are the most likely candidates, both are talentless.

Eagle eyed view of you...
We won't struggle next season, we'll be back to mid table mediocrity. Yes, it looks like we've struggled this season when you look at the table but ultimately, if we do the exact same next season as we have this season, we'll be in the top half as we won't have had a ten point deduction. If you look at the table simply on our points from our games, we're 9th.
