Palace stay down without doubt, why do people on here care so much about Leeds?

As much as it pains me to say it I'd rather Leeds went up because they'll probably walk this division next season if they do not get promoted this season. I'd rather be fighting it out for promotion with the other teams in the play-offs as they will not be as strong.

This is an excellent question because for me it is one of a number of nightmare scenarios.
For example, I never know who I want to lose the most when Chelsea play Man Utd - and this year we have to suffer this dreadful prospect in the European Cup Final.
Of course the subject of the poll could be worse - they could BOTH go up.
Or as a glass half full type of person, they could both lose badly in an embarrassing nightmare end to their season

Indeed, I just don't get it. I you'd asked this question 5 years ago everyone would think you were off your head. Leeds have nothing to do with us, other than we play them twice a season. They are not our rivals, they are a northern club. How anyone would choose to see the scum up the road in the premier ship is beyond me.
