I think that comes from jumping from 6500 up to 20,000 plus in 4 months.

6,500 from an allocation of 6,500... it really isn't rocket science me old china! Up to an allocation of 18-20k cos that is what we can fit in... are you getting it yet?

An embarrassment?

A delusion?

An apathy?

That's great! I shall forever know a group(on) of Nigels as a delusion of Palace fans from now on... glove fits!

Did you have a waiting list for season tickets like you have now ?

Can you remember having a waiting list? Wouldn't have mattered if we had a million on the waiting list... fact remains we only had a home allocation of 6,500 which was regularly sold out... 100% support in a two bit stadium, not at all bad really.

Looking forward to a full house, great atmosphere, unlike your place full of free flag waving plastics and one song wonders.

Classic - the only way Palace can get a crowd and an atmosphere is to turn their ground over to opposition fans. This IS the true reason they restricted ticket sales to Albion & Millwall as was proven at the time.

Tinpot club tinpot fans tinpot thinking.

Im purely suggesting that there wasn't the demand for tickets before The Amex. Im sure most games weren't sold out, Caveman, have you any stats that can help in this instance?

Much like your dilapidated stadium, we did not have a ground that reached out and grabbed supporters on cold wintry days with a nice chilling wind and a downpour. However, as I said, still had 6.5k that braved the shit weather, the view, the catering facilities and the L1 and L2 status. Anywhere between 90-100% home support turning up for the allocation provided is almost legendary status. Now we have a supporter friendly ground, would you not expect stay away Brighton fans to come back in their droves? Would you not expect it at a new ground if you were lucky enough to get one? Would you not expect to find it difficult to get any sort of waiting list in a Withdeanesque stadium if you were as unfortunate as us to have such a place? Think outside the box, be a good chap, it is why we see you with this green streak because although you can understand it you just don't want to.

West Ham and Leeds also had fans in the home ends in addition to their away allocation.

Just like the anti Falmer NIMBY's Quite obviously Brighton have shocked Palace by the numbers attending this season.

As our Moderator El Presidente is such a staunch Crystal Palace supporter, can't he encourage some of his Man City mateys to go and buy tickets for Palace games....? You know....give them some proper support instead of just the lip-service he gives them on here.

How many of those are new sales and not carry overs ??? STH's who paid for multiple years in advance wont bring in any new revenue as the money was already spent before CPFC2010 took over.

Not entirely true.

This figure includes the long term season tickets that were sold during the Jordan days (and therefore not providing any ticket revenue) and also the free kids STs that are given away with any adult ST.

Incidently, kids season tickets can be used by an adult for evening games.

Actual season ticket 'sales' are probably closer to the 5000 mark.
