Don't rub it in.

Pompey sold their souls chasing the premier league dream and are now paying the price. Much as we hate them, Palace have been screwed over by various chairmen over the years and we know what that is like. While I'd happily see them fall through the divisions in the same way we did, I wouldn't want to see them disappear.

At least all the shit will keep the pitch in good condition. Whilst I wouldn't want to see them out of business, I must admit to the odd smirk at their problems....and long may they continue.

Still, Victor Moses's sale to Barcelona or AC Milan should keep them going for a bit:lol:

edit: It gets better ....todays Mail Online....http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1239863/Victor-Moses-quit-threat-pay-dispute-puts-Premier-League-giants-red-alert-Crystal-Palace-star.html

No one in there right mind is asking Palace to fold.I would hate that to happen, infact any club. What i would like to see is league 1/2 football for them, small crowds and them looking up to us with envy.
Then they can feel the pain we had to endure for years.

So, now we are down to the nitty gritty...the only difference between Palace and Pompey is caravans!

PC Alert

cant use nitty gritty

its racist

it is what the captains of slave ships called the black female slaves in the hold.

I was told that by a Met Officer I know who was officially warned for using the phrase and he hadn't the faintest idea that it meant that.
