Green eyed monsters up the 23. Running about like an ants nest thats been doused with boiling water. Pretty amusing to watch and they are certainly making themselves look utter twats.

Like a highly strung, menstruating mad women.

Keep it up Palace.

What defines a big club anyway?

The amount of time it has been playing in the league.........1-0 to the Albion.
The number of the seats, therefore gates(It's no good having a lot of seats if you can't fill them).........2-0 to the Albion.
The number of victories over the other club........3-0 to the Albion.
The amount of money spent on players....4-0 to the Albion.
The financial standing............................5-0 to the Albion.
The time spent in the second tier of the English league.....5-1 to the Albion.

Game over....

Apparently some of their fans jumped the SAFC Disabled Supporters Association after the game.

That is about right for them,......... poor, very poor.

im assuming Crystal Palace/Brighton is your derby.

Crystal Palace seem to have a bad reputation among SAFC fan after the play off defeat a good few years ago when Jeff Whitley missed in the shootout, 2004 ish if i remember correctly.

Apparently some of their fans jumped the SAFC Disabled Supporters Association after the game.

If that is true, then it backs up exactly what I said to my boy on Tuesday, The Sunderland fans were a very well behaved lot and a credit to their club. But it does worry me that there is very easy access for any nobs from the away end straight into where the disabled supporters sit. Now I am not suggesting they would hurt disabled people as that would be the lowest of the low, but some of the disabled people where I sit would be petrified. There is a fairly even spread of older fans, kids, and middle aged gobby sods like me.

Why do people KEEP going on to their fans about them not paying their way?

I think we all know about it now and it's getting very boring...

The fans have nowt to do with the financial irregularities so to keep throwing it at them is a waste of time surely?

For me it's all about what happens on the pitch and getting bragging rights, that is the most important thing!

I couldn't care less about how they managed to escape relegation year on year. They have had their time and never achieved anything of note.. It's our turn now.

It really is time to move on and wave at them as we go by.. Starting on the 27th Sept!!!!

Have some good rep.

Same goes for the handful of Neanderthals on both sides, I don't give a monkeys if you were handy back in the day. Get behind your team, mock the opposition and enjoy metaphorically rubbing their noses in it, or bugger off somewhere else and beat the crap out of each other. There are two sets of scars from that 5-0 low point, the second set come from the slow march back to the station accompanied by the mets finest. Our handy boys did not stand up for us that day, they just dragged the rest of us down into the gutter with them.

You're a big club? You're a big joke, more like! :lolol:

At least you will still have Legoland when you're relegated this season.

I'd prefer to have Selhurst, especially if your shiny, wonky, flat pack of a ground is anything to go by.

Pretty sure "wonky, flat pack of a ground" had won a few design awards. Remind me, what recognition had selhurst had from architects and so on?

Coming from Croydon anything other than a slum would be so unfamiliar you would be even more confused than you already are.

The past doesn't matter. We will see who is the better team on the 27th of September when Sir Craig Mackail Smith bangs in a few goals.

Really? I mean REALLY?

My god man, I have always resisted the urge to converse with our Palace friends on here but that comment is one of the most pathetic utterances of complete drivel I've ever read on here, and it's up against some pretty strong contenders.

For reasons totally unfathomable to the rest of the football nation, the two sets of supporters detest each other with a passion rarely seen outside the Balkans.

Personally I f***ing hate their club. Got a couple of good mates who are die-hard Palace fans though and they support their local club - which is a shit club by anyone's standards - and would rather drink with them than any plastic premiership fan.

How it should be mate , they are proper supporters . I'm struggling with the Palace fans concept of how many plastic fans we have at The Amex when 90% of their 11,000 estimated figure (STHs minus our attendance figure at Withdean) are lifelong supporters from the Goldstone era returning to the promised land.
