Clearly an extremely talented individual.
When a player of his ability fails to make a career befitting of his talent, it tends to be either because of physical issues- constant injuries- or mental factors (lack of focus, professionalism, other sociological distractions etc).
McCourt's injury record seems ok, leaving me to suspect that it's perhaps his attitude that's deemed to be wanting.
Shame. History is littered with talented young footballers who've wasted their chance.
