Might be worth checking that online BG, you might have a problem at the turnstile. I assumed mine would be on the ST Card, but I was wrong.

Mine has been added to my ST card. Checked the email confirmation when I bought the tickets and it says Smartcard Activation.
Bought tickets for four of us (three STH) and only received one paper ticket and that was for my son who isn't a STH.
