The bottom one is basically what it looks like?

The top one does seem to have a rainbow bit on the crossing. Not sure that's a massive loss to our city
You’re just arguing for the sake of it you know full well Westrn Road looks no different now to what it did before 😂

Makes a lot of sense, has to be good for the retailers and restaurants in the long run.

The other road in Brighton which should be pedestrianised in my view is Preston St.

With all the restaurants and bars, if they could properly spill onto the street on the warmer months it would be quite the destination.

Of course, it would need the mother of all clean ups and all the bins etc taken out the back and all the clutter got rid of. A few fairly lights etc etc

But I don't see why cars need to go up there, there are loads of other roads running north to south they could be rerouted up. Cars leaving the Regency car park could all just be routed onto the coast road
