It just let me apply for 300 tickets in the away end (an amount they just would not have) for a price of over £30k. The payment page was not secure. I would not touch that website if I were you.

Yep. Technically that means that there shouldn't be the forum on this site but authorities aren't likely to take any action as its unlikely that the tickets would end up in opposition hands.

Quickly set up a new account, bid for the ticket and then simply don't pay.

Alternatively, report it to Ebay as touting.
