Outstanding features

Hi,

This has been asked on the main board and is something I would like to know as well as I have heard snippets but don't know the actual details. Apart from being and outstanding looking stadium with excellent facilities, what innovations are there that have caused some of the quotes I have heard. For example, I have heard it described as the most advanced stadium since Wembley, the model for the Emirates expansion etc. But when I quote these snippets at friends, I am at a loss to describe what they are. Is it the design of the arch, the amount of legroom, pitch drainage, green credentials etc?

Some meat on the bones to help my boasting would be great!

Where do we start?

The main feature of the stadium is quality in both finishes and design. To take an example, the concourses are slightly larger than standard, they have a high quality finish to the floors and the walls will be rendered, painted and decorated.

The corporate areas have also been designed to a very high specification.

Operationally, access will be by card swipe through low height turnstiles; you will be able to enter by any of the turnstiles for your area; after the match you will be able to move between stands to meet friends or wait for transport.

The arch is unique designed specifically to fit into the landscape. We've also got two - Wembley only has one.

There are many other features in the stadium which will set it apart from any other stadium in the country but bear with us while we keep you appetite whetted by releasing the information in small batches.
