Considering we,ve been homeless for many many years and had no money it was never goner take much to be our best season for 20 years

1990/91 was the last decent season in the second tier of English football, over 20 years ago. Some would say it was after the playoff final defeat was the start of the demise, some would also say the rot had already well and truly set in !

it was March 1992 vs Oxford when we went bottom of the table-i knew we had blown it-

from the final to relegation in a year-
