OT - Welsh Puppy Farms

I'm in Canada and was shown this by my cousin up here. As the owner of three rescued dogs (PC or what ?) I thought some of you might want to see this. Oh, it's not an anti Welsh thing as Puppy Farms are not a solely Welsh preserve.

No it's not. Puppy farms such as those described exist all over the uk. If you are considering buying a puppy and you are not sure of the dealer always, ALWAYS insist on seeing the mother before parting with your money and taking the animal. Puppy farms are disgusting.

theyre also quite common, some even go as far as having a surrogate mother . . .lots of dogs are inbred as well which is why certain breeds have physical and mental problems, a bit like the Welsh really
