OT - TV repairs/SONY TV problem

Once again I need NSC's expert help.

I bought a Sony LCD KDL-40EX403 last Christmas. Recently it's started having some white jumping lines and making a crackling noise. (got a video of this). It was brand new and only 15 months old so I'm a bit annoyed.

Internet research doesn't show a lot.

Anyone on here know a good TV repairman? preferably one who does house calls as the telly is massive.
