21 = 11 stone and 30 inch waist
38 = 13 stone and 33 inch waist

However, I feel far fitter at 38 than I did at 21, I ride a bike daily, play football twice a week and swim when I can. I've come off the booze drinking only on special occasions and I try to eat well.

My fighting weight when I was 21 was 12 and a half, now i'm thirteen and a half. The love handles are a big improvement.

I was a size 12 when I married aged 21, now I am a size 14. I am about 2 stone heavier but that isn't bad considering I am 56.
I have the excuse of having had two children and being past the change of life.

Aged 21 - 32 inch waist
Aged 33 - 34 inch waist

I dunno what I weighed at 21 so I guess I'm a stone heavier or so.

21 = 11 and a half stone and 32" waist
46 = 12 stone and 34" waist

A bit softer than I would like but can't really complain.

The re-routing of my hair from my head to my ears is another matter:angry:

Age 42.

Trouser size/weight same as when I was 21. About 11 stone.

Always enjoyed exercise/running. Still play football (out with a foot injury now though :nono: ). Can run about 4 1/3 - 4 1/2 miles in 30 minutes which ain't bad for an old 'un I suppose.

About two stone heavier (although a year ago, I would have been about four stone heavier).

I've a 36" waist and my target is 34" - which is perfectly acceptable in a 48-year old.

In a couple of years time I hope I weigh less than I do now!

God damn that beer!

At 43 I have just cruised to my heaviest weight of 12 stone.

At 21 I was actually around 9-10 stone.

My previous heaviest weight was 11 and half stone in my late 20's when I used to drink beer most nights, eat several curries a week, but play football, run and gym it. Then it was nearly all muscle.
