Online Ticketing - What does status 'PEND' mean in Purchase History

Hello Insider,

I *think* I ordered my ticket for the Sunderland match online on Sunday night, though the website returned a blank screen after I submitted my credit card details.

I've checked my Purchase History on the online ticketing site a couple of times today, and sure enough it shows the Sunderland match in there together with a payment reference. But it also has a status of 'PEND'. What does this mean please.

It means it has been processed but the ticket hasn't been a. printed or b. uploaded to the card.
