He did indeed, but for the most part these polls are bollox. Anyone following football knows that calendar years count for bugger all.
Effectively these two nonsense polls are ruling out 6 teams and most of the players with those 6 teams. Six teams that by their promotion/relegation status would have candidates for proper polls.
