Cash table, what's jam him mean?

Ok you have admitted you are a beginner - absolutely no problem with that - but stay away from cash tables even micro stakes (unless you are a millionaire and don't care how much you lose). I would suggest starting with micro stakes 6 seater sit and go tournaments no more than $0.60 buy in. Get a feel for the game and the site you are playing - make lots of notes on players (you will play them again and again). Be patient play ABC poker eg premium hands and don't be scared to fold a lot - you should only be playing max 20% of hands dealt to you. Stay tight gain experience and you will start to build a bank roll. Good luck.
