Nice trip to Wembley for the play offs next season?

A season watching a top half side.

A trip to Donny.

Er......

May get to see them at the end of my road.

Can people stop spouting all this utter WANK about us doing well next season. With the current manager and squad, we are STRUGGLING again:angry:

I feel that rings hollow.

A lot of evidence suggests that the Championship is of a greater standard than League One (hence being a division above) and there is nothing to suggest that we can't do the same as we did before.

In an ideal FB we would be able to radically change our squad, but can we afford that? No. We have a nice mixture of youth and experience and could well find ourselves buzzing around the playoffs.

I wouldnt predict a season of struggle nessaseraly, but i would offer a word of warning to all the people who think we have a god given right to come straight back up.

Apart from the fact its foolish,is that not what we all flamed Southampton and Leeds fans for doing when they were relegated from the Prem Leauge?

So who's your new club?

I've lived here almost 2 years now with The Imps ground 200 yards from where I live. I've never been able to bring myself to go and watch them as I'd feel like I was cheating on my first love. I'd love them to get promoted to get a local game next year but other than that I couldn't give a monkeys.

as someone who has watched a few League one games can I just ribbish what you have said above.

We have got to pull this round very very quickly or I fear for us next year and all the good work Adams and Taylor has done will be unravelled.

Next season will be very hard work I fear. Expectation seems to be we will walk the division - no way.

Certainly not going to be a walk in the park but Yeovil, Bournemouth & Rotherham are not as good as Leeds, Wolves & Preston. We should expect a top half finish at the least.

We will finish 8th, with 71 pts, and a goal difference of +24. FACT

Maybe not, but are Nottingham Forest, Swansea, and Bristol City really any worse than Crewe, Burnley, and QPR? I fear not :nono:

On the day we go down you've already written off next season. Well done.
