So, a couple of questions spring to mind:
1) How quick is he on a scale of MAGA voter, continental drift and Pascal Gross at a dead run?
2) Is his turning circle greater or less than that of the Ark Royal?

Also, he is coming straight from the Dutch league - which automatically places him in the Shithouse category before he's even worn the shirt, right?

Now you tell us.

Christ, I’ve just ordered a shirt with his name on the back.

I’m going to look like a right pillock of this one falls through.
Why didn’t you wait until they launch the even shittier new shirt that’s incoming….

27yr old x2 Title winning centre half with Champions League experience on a FREE.... errr yes bloody please

I bloody love Dunky and always will but he is now 3rd choice you would imagine.

JPVH Boscagli Dunk and Webby... thats a very strong 4 for next season.... well thats what i am hoping are our options at CB

I do think there is a good chance Webby gets sold though. We shall see.

I wouldn't sell Webster.

He's had some tough times, but he's having a great season and is above Dunk now imho.

Boscagli will probably need some adaptation time, most foreign arrivals do.

And Webster is a fantastic squad member and pro, always positive, never complains publicly if not playing. He'd be a big miss

Igor added in there too if he stays.

I wouldnt sell Webby either, but he has a year on his deal, I would not be suprised if offers came in from Good prem sides and he may well want to play more football. We wont want to let him walk on a free if poss. Even he knows with the new lad signing he will probably be off the bench. European Footy would help greatly though to keep all these guys playing.

I have a sneaky feeling we will be moving to a back 3 and double 10's for the new season (especially if Mitoma leaves).

I don't think Boscagli will be the only CB we bring in.
Decent shout that...., has Fab got form for a 3 at back ?... seems unlikely to me but possible

I hope he gets a new contract.

If we had to lose any (not including Cashin whose simply not up to it), I'd hope its Igor over Webster.

He's bang average. Odd good game, but more often poor and with an error in him.

Webster is second best CB in club right now after JPVH

Maybe, but I suspect that he'll either have an option for another year or a new offer incoming. His interviews recently have been very pointed in his love of being here and wanting to emulate Dunky. He's a big influence in the dressing room too and at 30, still has a year or two left in him at least.

I was thinking exactly that. It gives him an option: we could go back three, with wing backs or stick with our current 4-3-3 or even play 3-5-2. it will be harder for teams to plan when playing against us. To do this, you need players who could adapt quickly though and can shift roles - basically a team of Pascal Grosses, with a bit more pace

We should absolutely be offering Adam a new contract. His performances have been great. With Boscagli in we can spread the minutes around, not over work players, and hopefully reduce the injuries. & occasionally switch to playing 3 centre backs.

I love his slide rule passes that go inside the full backs. Looking forward to those.
This stood out to me from his reel. His passing through the lines - incredible.

The highlight reel probably doesn't show all the times this goes wrong and results in a turnover, but having a player who can play those passes is huge. Especially when we have so much movement off the ball in whatever front three we roll with.

Have we discovered that he has a Peruvian granny or Cameroonian grandpa yet? We can’t be having these signings that don’t disappear across the world during international breaks or for an inconvenient trip in winter.

He sort of played a back 3 at St Pauli, with the central CB stepping up into midfield during build up.

If we sign Cuiabano that looks like more evidence of a back three. I do wonder if this was the plan all along, with the signing of Ferdi who looks best suited as a wingback, and the stockpiling of No. 10's. Minteh has played wingback at times this season too.

I don't like the back 3 idea. Not least because it means probably turning our front 4 into a front 3 and in effect meaning the player in the Rutter / Gruda / Pedro position gets dropped as the position no longer exists .... or it means giving the wingers so many defensive responsibilities you lose a lot up front.

Fab has got the right formation for our players in my view and I'm be very surprised if we went into the new season with 3 at the back. It just doesn't suit the squad we've got. Boscagli is doing what Igor / Cashin was doing but hopefully a level up. Providing competition and cover for Dunk
