Personally I think they are delicious, although I'm not sure why as they are salty, bitter, oily and a horrible texture.

Just a slice of one on a pizza is enough to make me retch.

Pizza ones are poor, not fresh and cheap.

We are lucky that we have a turkish supermarket close by. A great range of olives, including an assortment of flavours and spices.

Never had an olive before

Try one. In fact, don't try one, you wont like it. Eat about twenty, then they suddenly become nice. A bit like cigarettes.
