The Eastbound train problem is the same as before, people are still being stopped from entering the platform when it is not full, so the trains are leaving about two thirds full. There was one carriage with 2 people in while the queues for the platform went back to the top of the gangways.

The gangways themselves accumulate large puddles when it rains, surely the builders should be called back to correct this.

You can still hear very little in the WSU in the way of announcements, I actually think some of the speakers are no longer working as it was ok when the stadium opened.

Thanks for the feedback. With regard to the loading of trains, this is something that Southern and British Transport Police are responsible for, so not something the club controls. However, we will pass on your feedback, and have also made some suggestions ourselves to assist with the egress from the stadium. Your second point about the puddles, I have passed onto the maintenance team, who are also investigating the PA system problem.
