Brighton & Hove Albion’s under-18s were beaten 3-1 by Arsenal on Saturday.Tyrell Robinson’s brace and a goal from Yassin Fortune were enough to secure victory for the Gunners, while Luis Garcia scored what proved to be a consolation goal for Albion.
Arsenal took the lead in the second minute when Robinson latched onto Joshua Da Silva’s long ball and fired into the net off the crossbar.
But the Seagulls equalised just six minutes later, as Garcia poked the ball beyond Gunners keeper Ryan Huddart.
Da Silva had a chance to regain the lead for Arsenal, but Albion shot-stopper Robert Sanchez made a good save and Fortune narrowly failed to connect with the loose ball on the rebound.

Robinson put the north Londoners back in front in the second half, when substitute Vlad Dragomir teed him up on the edge of the box to drive a shot into the bottom corner.Garcia almost got his and Albion’s second of the game when he raced through one-on-one with Huddart after a defensive error, but the Gunners keeper made a fine stop.
Arsenal secured the victory with two minutes of normal time remaining, when Fortune coolly placed the ball past Sanchez.
