Brighton & Hove Albion under-18 player Connor Tighe is in the running for the League Football Education’s (LFE) December Goal of the Month award.The forward’s magnificent strike against Arsenal during the Seagulls’ 3-3 draw is one of eight goals in contention for the monthly accolade.
This is the second time Tighe has made the LFE shortlist this season after being nominated for the October Goal of the Month contest for his strike against Chelsea, however on that occasion the forward narrowly missed out on winning to teammate Jordan Maguire-Drew for his goal against Tottenham Hotspur.
