Official Site Problems

I am still having problems with the official site at work, takes an age to load with a white screen then the header pops up and after ten minutes I give up.

Something must have changed and I have no problem with any other site.

Even more annoying is that I am paying for Seagulls World and cant even access it. Is there an email address of someone I can contact?

I can get into the site, but rarely into Seagulls World, which I got for free being an NTL customer. I enter my name and password and then get either a screen saying this page isn't ready, or a screen asking me how I would like to pay, or another screen to log in... I feel like giving up, but I would like to see the highlights... Anyone else having these problems?

I know, s'pose I should email them then, but I have better things to do with my time (like posting on here, oh and working...)

No, doesnt work either, was fine friday and works from home which is why I think they have definately tampered with something that my work firewall doesnt like. I know a few others have been having probs so makes me think theyve f***ed something up. Every single other site works fine.
