Assistant head coach Nathan Jones lauded Brighton & Hove Albion’s defensive record after the Seagulls keep a 17th clean sheet of the season as they defeated Bolton Wanderers 2-0 at the Reebok Stadium.
Albion boast the best defence in the Championship and three clean sheets in the last four games have helped the side secure ten points from the last four games, and the Seagulls sit just one place and a point outside the play-offs.
Jones told seagulls.co.uk, "We are proud of our defensive record. It is not just the goalkeeper or the back four it is down to the whole team, the squad. That is a big part of our philosophy and team ethic and it was vital today.
"Will [Buckley] will rightly get the accolades today, but the others will be equally happy to have kept the defensive record intact.
