Everyone needs to have that professional pride and fight until the final whistle."
Sami Hyypia

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Sami Hyypia has encouraged his players to fight until the very end of each match as they prepare to take on Huddersfield Town at the John Smith's Stadium on Tuesday night.
*
The Seagulls travel to West Yorkshire hoping to bounce back from Saturday’s defeat to Middlesbrough, and Hyypia wants his players to remain focused for the whole 90 minutes.
*
He told seagulls.co.uk, “As a player I was always someone who fought until the end and I’m still a fighter. Why would you give up too early? I said after the game [against Middlesbrough] that I’ve been in a position where nobody expected our team to come back into the game and we went on to win the Champions League.
*
“Everyone needs to have that professional pride and fight until the final whistle. When the final whistle has gone then you can’t do anything, but during the game you have to make sure you do the right things on the pitch.”

Hyypia is expecting another tough test from the Terriers and wants his side to show more of the battling aspects of their game.
*
“Huddersfield are a typical Championship side and they try to compete with a high tempo. I know that they won’t give up, so we need to have a high performance for 90 minutes and play with concentration and discipline.
*
“You have tough games when you need to compete and you can’t always win games by playing nicely.
*
“You need to compete, tackle and defend well, but also move the ball quickly and play to your strengths. Anybody can beat anybody and we’ve shown that in this league.
*
"I know it's not very good that we are in this kind of position [in the table] but we can't turn the clock back. The only thing we can do is try to improve as individuals and as a team, then I am sure the results will come.
*
"When you analyse many of the games, we haven't been the worst side on the field which is promising and I would be much more concerned if we were playing badly and were in this kind of position.”[h=3]ALBION V rotherham
