All you can do is keep pushing the players and encourage them to getting into the right areas of the pitch."

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Chris Hughton remains confident that his side can find their goalscoring form in the remaining two weeks of the season.
*
Albion have gone four games without scoring a goal, but Hughton explained there are many reasons to be optimistic going into the final three matches.
*
He told seagulls.co.uk, “You have to be positive and analyse the games. In the midweek game against Huddersfield, we had 65 per cent of possession.
*
“They played in a structure that made it difficult for us and worked very hard in midfield. On the night, we were not good enough to open them up and create enough goalscoring opportunities.
*
“Firstly, you look at the team and assess whether they’re working hard enough or not and I cannot accuse them of not trying.
*
“All you can do is keep pushing the players and encourage them to getting into the right areas of the pitch.
*
“We have also told the wide players to try and get into the box more often. Arguably the best chance against Huddersfield came when [Mustapha] Carayol got into the box and hit the crossbar.
*
“You just want something to turn those situations into your favour. It might be a lucky goal or a deflection that just opens up a team and hopefully we can take it from there.”

The Albion boss then looked ahead to today’s match against Wigan and admits he is unsure how Gary Caldwell’s recent appointment will affect the game.
*
“They’ve changed the manager and maybe there is a different outlook at the club now.
*
“In their last two games, their way of playing has been different and they have changed a few things there.
*
“They may be going into the game with a different mentality and some people will feel it could be difficult for us to get a result. It’s up to us to prove them wrong.
*
“We just have to look at our own level of performance, which hasn’t been bad and probably not warranted the results that we have had.
*
“The moment that you stop believing you can get results, is the moment that you won’t get results.”
