Albion have also been included in the Johnstone’s Paint Community Club of the Year, which recognises a club scheme that successfully engages with their local community.
*
The Seagulls are listed as the southern regional winners of the award, along with Blackburn Rovers (North West), Doncaster Rovers (Yorkshire and North East), Derby County (Midlands) and Norwich City (East).
*
Rohan Ince also has an individual nomination in the ceremony as his stunning strike in the 4-2 Capital One Cup victory over Swindon Town has been listed as one of ten strikes in the Mitre Goal of the Year award, in conjunction with Soccer AM. Albion fans can still cast their vote for Ince’s strike here before the 12pm deadline on 24th March.
