Gamestation is f***ing mint. They sell really collectible stuff, and don't realise it's collectible.
My mate a few months ago got a Sega Dreamcast, two controllers, two visual memory sticks, 9 games (including Shenmue), an official gun, official fishing rod, official dance mat and best of all Samba De Amigo with official maracas BOXED.. the whole lot for £50.00.
A pair of the maracas boxed sold on ebay a few months ago for £99.99 on buy it now

I'm into November now and had topped the table for a few weeks before my unbeaten start to the season was finally ended with a 1-0 defeat at home to Leeds.
The fans are rather chuffed so far. Brazilian Junior has been in superb form on the left wing whilst Koki Mizuno has been an absolute revelation on the opposite flank. He has the most assists, most MOM's, highest average rating AND adoration of the south stand. He's keeping Ljungberg out of the side too, but what can I do?
My other signings have almost all shone encouragingly. Dan Smith, signed on a free after the England triallists day has made the left back slot his own, meaning very few games for Matt Richards. And then of course there's Ljungberg who sadly hasn't had the opportunity to show what he's capable of as I can't fit him in the team.
Disappointed that there wasn't room for Cox in the side I have been training him to play as a central midfielder and noticing his position details have now changed showing him as a AM/M LRC I gave him his first game in the middle as Thomson had gotten injured. He scored a 35 yard screamer at Oldham and ended up Man of the Match. Result!
I've been knocked out of the league cup at St Andrews in the 3rd round but none too disheartened as we made it there with a THRILLING penalty win over Palace at Withers which obviously delighted one and all. 3 penalties were saved by super Michel and it was down to Andrew Whing to get the glory - which he did.
Livermore is immense as is Whing, whilst Virgo and Lynch have been consistently good, leaving me with the best defensive record in the league.
The only arse points are that Murray cannot seem to score for toffee and his average rating is absolute toilet. Forster is generally better but still has his off games where his rating is very disappointing.
I brought in a loan striker from West Brom, some Polish guy whose name I can't spell, and he is f***ing GASH in the extreme and my fans are really pissed at me for picking him up. Problem is that I've got NOBODY else to lead the line if Glenn or Nicky get injured because Dixon isn't getting anywhere near the first team so I'm stuck with Polish loan loser for now because I am about £5k over my wage budget meaning NO more signings this season unless I rake in some serious cash and ditch half my reserves.
All in all, so far so good

Not bad work.
As someone who used to deal in Dreamcasts I can tell you the console, controllers and VMU's are basically worthless HOWEVER the rod controller, official gun, dance mat and boxed Maracas are worth a few bob. Plus Shenmue is one of the few games that's considered rare and valuable for DC, but also it's a great game, so play it before you flog it.

I won the BSP fairly easily but after 15 games in League 2 I'm 20th.
Seyfo Soley has play 5 games and has been sent off 3 times for double yelow cards and I have to play him again because my next best defender (Jody Craddock) is suspended

Dave Van Der Meer - Average defender
Jermaine Wright - Pretty good centre midfielder
John Ruddy (Loan from parent club Everon) - Second Season, really good.
George Kreen (loan from Everton) - Good midfielder
John Irvine (Loan from Everton) Second season and a really good Right Back

what year are you in? and what is he worth on the game? any idea what sort of money you would get.
As to my game its still going well. Top of the league and SIX points clear of Carlisle in second, however lost my first league game of the season against leeds about 15 games in.
My loans are doing pretty well, simpson is getting a lot of m.o.m and merida from arsenal is great to bring off the bench. Delph is fuckin quality, especially alongside livermore, but the big clubs will probably come looking soon. Fleetwoods doing ok, scored 3 in 2 games and 7 subs, but they all came in one match. Bradley johnson is also doing quite well, and so is anyinsah despite poor stats. Picked up demogntagnac on a free after releasing him from walsall, hes pretty good too. One poor siging is Fowler, always injured and doesnt score many. Forster and murray have 6 goals each, about one in every two games so both are playing well.
However despite the great league form i'm out of both the jpt (lost on pens to yeovil as fielded a weaker side) and out of league cup, lost to gillingham on pens with a weak side. Still in f.a cup of course, about to make the huge trip to the dripping pan to play lewes in the first round.

The console was £7, the controllers £1.50 each and the VMU's £1.50 each from the "book". Luckily the accessories weren't in the book, so we haggled a price.
As a fellow Dreamcast specialist I can also offer the information that an import of Tokyo Bus Guide can reach £70.00 amongst private collectors. :thud:

PS. Shenmue is probably the finest DC game.

Just coming up to christmas first season, he's worth 450K but i'm guessing he'll be staying here for a while as he's out for upto 5 months with a torn calf muscle. (as of 10 mins ago)
Now i have a problem, like a twat i too signed Fowler who is utter gash when fit. Forster is out. I'm 1 point clear at the top, defence is tight and Murray was on fire until now looks like Dixon and Robinson upfront. (oh pants)
Cleared a lot of the dead wood out. Released a few of the youngsters and sent a few out on loan.
Spent most of the budget on getting what would be a premier league coaching set up, the squad has responded well and until now i haven't really needed any more cover.
Got a couple of foreigners joining in jan, (thanks to 5 quality scouts trying to find me bargains!) can't pronounce thier names let alone spell them but i'll let you know if they are any good, just hoping to hang onto top spot now, wondering where the goals are going to come from!
