Can't we not give him a special assitant manager contract to the end of the season?

We really do miss him I feel.

I felt we could get something out of Plymouth if we had a good half time team talk, but I think it's because Charlie's lack of presence in tbhe dressing room is because we are struggling so bad.

Thoughts?

I think we already have an assistant manager and that Oatway is probably doing all that stuff anyway.

I think we are missing Charlie on the pitch not in the dressing room. You can only motivate so much during halftime. It is when we go a goal down we really need someone like him on the pitch to get the team going. At the moment it would seem that we don't have a lot of fight left in us. Our season has gone from average to mediocre ever since he was injured against QPR.

Charlie could write the team sheets for the referee each week - it would be good practice for him.

The reason why we're struggling so bad is we haven't got a striker, who is a target man like Vincent Pericard. We're missing Oatway but we've got to deal without him being out on that pitch.
