Adam Virgo's Shirt
I took Adam's shirt off!
I installed a Belkin £40 wireless router a few months ago, and the wi-fi network works fine for accessing the web with good speeds etc
However, since it was installed, when viewing videos on youtube, or watching iplayer, it works fine for about 10 seconds, then viewing stops and it buffers forever! We have VM broadband and I've done a speed test and all seems fine, I've rebooted the router and it makes no difference
Is it because the router was a basic entry level one? Do I need to upgrade to a more expensive one? What do the more expensive N etc routers do that the Belkin £40 doesn't?
All equipment using the wi-fi network suffers with this issue so it isn't a problem within one or other of the bits of kit. Any advice?
