O-T, Shockwave Flash keeps crashing?

As my titles states, my Shockwave Flash has consistently crashed in the last week or so!

Does anyone on here know why this may be, and how the problem can be solved? It's beyond me..

Download the latest version and reinstall it.

Clear cookies etc and try reinstalling

Yea, on Chrome, which is a right pain.
