A group of hikers had to be airlifted from an Alpine meadow after they were cornered by an angry bull for three hours.
The group of five hikers, including three children, were hiking on a meadow close by Bad Kleinkircheim in Austria, when the bull charged them.
They hid behind a group of trees but as the raging bull continued to harass them, they called emergency services on their mobile.

Not only are the South Downs Conservation Board objecting to everything and anything like the Albion Stadium plan at Falmer, but they are planning to put cattle on public land all over the downs, leaving "everlasting" cow pats and trampling all over the place with their bloody great hooves. The reason is so the farmers can get conservation grants, and then there are the electric fences and barbed wire and cattle troughs.
