Right I need to get of my backside and do some exercise, I've got a cold again (the same one I've had 3 times) and I can't kick it, its due to my inactivity and decline in healthyness so its time for a change...

Just wanted the thoughts from anyone out there who is a member of a local gym - or knows of any in the Shoreham area worth recommending?? or even any kind of sporting activity that may be interesting?? I think netball was mentioned before??

also anyone who wishes to join me at yoga in worthing starting next week - give me a bell!!

I was trying to set up a netball team at work, but no-one was up for it. Maybe a daft bints one would be cool. I'd be happy to look into it if more people were interested (Ladies only).

I go down LA fitness in town centre btw. Hate the gym, but love the classes! BLT is great (bums legs and tums), and hi low arobics

I used to go to Southwick Leisure centres gym, was pretty good, nothing fancy but good enough to keep fit. Although when I joined I broke my collarbone 2 weeks later!....but when it was mending the gym helped me get the muscles working again which was good.

You could always join me and the lads on our thursday night pub crawl, walking to/from all those pubs is effort! Speaking of which I might see you in the DUke later  :drink:

I'd be interested BB - its just that I don't get back from London in the evenings until about 7pm so would have to allow for that...

Im of the same problem. Went to a boxercise class at the King Alfred thinking it wolud be good-full of birds!! Needless to say I stood at the back for the whole hour:lolol: :lolol: Will probably go again as it was quite good stamina work and women a plenty. At work we are trying to join a gym but having problems. Went to Thistle hotel aslt night, £23 monthly joint membership but you then have to pay for parking in the basement or find a space that doesnt exist in the laines. We just want a gym with a pool and a sauna and a sunbed for the ladies.
Help
