O/T Broadband/Seagulls world help..

Anyone have the free subscription to Seagulls World cos they have NTL Broadband?
Ntl are telling me I'm not eligible although none of the reasons given apply.

One ntl operator says I have to have broadband plus before I can get it free.

Anybody else had similar problems?

No. We were on Ntl Broadband and entitled to free Seagulls World. That was last year though.
They may have changed the criteria.
