My first ever completely pointless poll.

This was a hot topic of debate among some mates in the pub at the weekend.

Which of these is the best TV channel?:

BidUp.tv or
PriceDrop.tv

Personally I prefer PriceDrop but feelings were mixed.

What do the great and good of NSC think.

Some of the stuff on BidUp does look a bit moody.
Not that I watch it mind ???

But I go with your choice, price drop is far better.

I think I should get out more as well. :lolol:

Have you ever bought anything? It always seems to be stuff I don't need

oh come on, some of those gold chains look dead classy..

who could refuse one of those diamond encrusted watches which is worth 800000000 pounds.

Must say i am addicted to it, can flick between price drop, bid up , auction world, and auction world reserve in under 10 seconds..

The corner quietly rusting
I have, by accident.

I used to play a game (when really bored) of how close to the real sale price I could get. To win you need to be £1 less than the bid price at the end. (using maxi bid on their website) £1 over or spot on you lose and have bought something. anyone want a crap knife set in a briefcase? A murder kit my son calls it.

You have to actually bid in it or their is no real fun.

The interesting thing is whether the same goods (bid-up and pricedrop are the same company) sell for more or less on which channel, and at which time of day.

There are definitely bargains to be had - but on the other side, much of their stuff is tat - and sells for less online or on eBay.

The Auction World girls have the most skimpy outfits though.

WSU, just below the seagull.
I bought some kiddies computer games off price-drop

Guide was £120(probably 50quid in shops!)

But it dropped to only £14 with £6-95p&p

so got a bargain.

There is a lot of good stuff to be bought, best time to buy for

bargains is 1st thing or the last hour Midnight- 1am:clap2:
