O/T - Any plumbers in the BN1 area? Help!

I've just had to admit defeat in trying to fix a leaky bathroom tap. I just can't get the cylinder out to change the f***ing washer. Any plumbers/odd jobbers able to help me out?

That would be cheaper than paying a plumber to come and change it for you after admitting defeat. £1 for washer £20 for labour and £50 for knowledge and having the correct tools !

Most taps don't have washers anymore, do they?
