Yes but Ophelia nearly died (the model for her) but survived, at least she did in that BBC version a year or so ago.

Rebekah Brooks may or may not have slipped in to the water and posed for that painting as her diary entries about that time seem to have disappeared, Maybe some other employee posed in her place and not told her as it was not deemed important enough.
