Number of tickets on sale on the gate at Orient...

Has there been a confirmed figure given as to the number of tickets that will be available on the gate?

As I am intending to speculatively come down from Newcastle for the game, I need to know that there will be a decent chance of me getting a ticket.

I know it should be enough. But given the distance I am travelling to get there, I was hoping for more. Ticket office opens at 1.30pm for away fans.

Just get their early and wait with a flask, a folding chair and a blanket. Supporters showing Churchillian sprirt with impress the new manager and players as they arrive early and inspire us to a fighting win. Then in true British spirt once others see you are Q'ing for a ticket they also will join you and film crews will appear. You may even like it so much, you head directly for Walsall and start all over again after the game.

The whole East Stand holds more than 2,400 so you really don't need to worry. barry Hearn maybe a total tosspot but he know a good thing when he sees it. They will be cashing in big time, and no Albion fan is going to be turned away from their shitty ground.

If they won't sell us tickets for the away end, there'll be plenty of room in the home stands.

Which makes me think they'll ensure that everyone gets in. It'll just mean the pies will run out half an hour before kick off.

I called the club shop this afternoon. They said that they had sold over 1700 tickets and had sent the rest back for pay on the day. Also Orient would make another 600 available on the day as well.
