This is absolutely amazing news. I felt sure the single would be top 40, but to break into the top 20 is fantastic, as it means a guaranteed mention on national telly on Top of the Pops.

Well done Atilla, and all concerned with the production of the record. I look forward to eventually receiving my copy from Amazon!!

On top of yesterday's trip to White Hart Lane I feel I may have a warm glowing feeling for the rest of the week!!

:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

For more publicity, isn't Top of the Pops the nexr point of call?

How do artist's get invited on to that show?

By wearing effeminate co-ordinated outfits, sitting on stools and looking sincere while they mime poorly to "Flying Without Wings".

That is the main criteria, I think.

Proud yesterday at 4.50pm, even prouder today. I hope the Argus does a REALLY BIG piece on this tomorrow, as it's about time the rest of Brighton & Hove woke up to the fact that the city owes one helluva lot to it's football team.

Atilla did so much to get the mainsteam media to focus (oops) on the sale of the Goldstone....he's done it again with Tom Hark. To think that clubs like ManUre spend hundreds of thousands on PR and Marketing departments, and BHA spend next to nothing......

I have been asked to send the lyrics to a few friends - is there a link somewhere?

This is Skatastic news.

Apparently, it's 'between 50p and a pound' for every copy sold goes to the artist (Seagulls Ska), who will then pass it all on to the club. Plus, the distributors (a company called Vital) are classing it as a charity record, which mean they will not be charging Skint as much as normal for distribution.
So that's about £27.50 towards the A+K fund then. :lolol: :jester:

Bloody good news. Well done Atilla et al.

Fantastic effort, well done to all those involved and to all those who bought it. If you didn't then shame on you.

It was pop-tastic stuff yesterday.

The longer that show went on the more worried I was getting that it hadn't charted

Well done and hats off all round to Atilla and the Rockstaeady crew.

Any Radio 2 listeners out there?

Johnny Walker is usually up for a laugh-we should keep requesting all this week. It's a legit chart song now so let's get it aired as much as possible.

I think Attila should be awarded the freedom of Brighton and Hove for his efforts to promote the sporting and economic development of the city that would inevitably result from the building of a new stadium!
