I think 'hilarious' is stretching it a bit. More like 'tedious.' He ceased to be the least bit funny a long, long time ago.

He does and it makes me chuckle especially the Beach Hut/Ernest repartee.
 




It's still vaguely amusing. NSC wouldn't quite be the same without it. I think he provides quite a good caricature of negativity. And it does get quite funny when some people are thick enough to agree with what he says.
